Documentary, editorial, underwater and portrait photography

Gavin Parsons - documentary, underwater and portrait photographerGavin Parsons is a UK based documentary, editorial, portrait and underwater photographer with a long and varied career that started on film in the 1990s while working on photographic and scuba diving magazines.

He is a rare thing in the industry these days as he studied photography, rather than learned it on YouTube. He is always up for a challenge and has the keen eye of a news photographer, the compositional values as a landscapist and the endurance of a mountain goat.

He has a passion for conservation which saw him working as a chosen assignment photographer for Greenpeace, International Animal Rescue and he now covers work for British Divers Marine Life Rescue. So he is familiar with hostile environments, early mornings, late nights and being in all kinds of weather and all kinds of terrain.

If you have a project, large or small, national or international, get in touch and let’s talk.
